Job Title: Civil Engineer
Head Office Located in Peliyagoda
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive field experience and a strong background in overseeing construction projects. The role involves managing all aspects of project execution on-site, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the entire construction process of assigned projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate and supervise on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to achieve project objectives.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to monitor progress and ensure quality control.
• Collaborate with architects, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or challenges that arise during construction.
• Prepare and submit regular project status reports and documentation.
• Ensure adherence to all health and safety protocols on-site.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the project team.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of field experience in civil engineering and construction management.
• Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in project management software and other relevant tools.
