Sales Executive

We are hiring a Sales Executive for a leading technology solutions provider specializing in the education sector in Colombo, Sri Lanka. We supply and implement Audio-Visual (AV), ICT, and Educational Technology solutions for both government and private sector organizations.

Job Description

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable technology solutions to drive sales growth
• Handle the complete tender process from beginning to end
• Explore new business opportunities and market channels
• Coordinate with relevant company departments to meet customer requirements
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports
• Ensure exceptional customer service and after-sales support
• Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in Sales (essential)
• Proven track record in B2B sales, B2C sales
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Self-motivated with strong closing skills
• Part qualification in CIM / SLIM (advantageous)
