Job Overview
LankaStaff is recruiting on behalf of a well-established Chartered Accountancy and Audit Firm for the position of Audit Supervisor. This role is suited for an experienced audit professional who can lead engagements, supervise teams, and ensure high-quality audit delivery in line with professional standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, supervise, and review audit assignments.
- Lead and mentor audit team members.
- Review financial statements and audit working papers.
- Ensure compliance with auditing and accounting standards.
- Prepare audit reports and management letters.
- Monitor engagement timelines and ensure timely completion of audits.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- ICASL / ACCA fully or partly qualified.
- Minimum 3–5 years of audit experience.
- Previous supervisory experience will be an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of auditing standards and financial reporting frameworks.
