Sales Executive – Air Conditioning (Domestic Sales)
Location: Boralasgamuwa
Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Friday & Saturday (Half Day)
Salary: LKR 70,000 – 120,000 Basic (Based on Experience)
Additional Benefits: Attractive Commission Structure
About the Role
Our AC sales and maintenance Client is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive – Air Conditioning (Domestic Sales) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in air conditioning sales, a proven sales track record, and an established client network to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell domestic air conditioning units to individual and corporate customers.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Conduct site visits and customer consultations when required.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Negotiate pricing and terms to successfully close sales deals.
- Coordinate with installation and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in air conditioning, HVAC, or related technical sales.
- Strong knowledge of domestic air conditioning products and solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Existing client base and industry contacts will be a significant advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Valid driving license will be an added advantage.
