ASSISTANT SALES MANAGER – UPVC DOORS & WINDOWS
JOB OVERVIEW
A well-reputed manufacturing company is seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Assistant Sales Manager for its UPVC Doors & Windows division. The selected candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, strengthening customer relationships, and supporting overall business growth by managing daily sales operations, developing market strategies, and increasing revenue within the UPVC product segment.
Location: Colombo
Employment Type: Full-Time
Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 8.00 AM – 5.00 PM
Saturday: Half Day

Salary Range LKR 200,000 – 400,000

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and maintain a strong customer base to achieve sales targets.
- Identify new market opportunities through project mapping and market analysis.
- Coordinate marketing activities to enhance brand visibility and product awareness.
- Support the Sales Manager in day-to-day operational and sales activities.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Contribute to sales strategies and business development initiatives to drive company growth.
REQUIREMENTS
- Partly or fully qualified in Marketing (Degree / Postgraduate Diploma preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar sales role.
- Prior experience in the UPVC / Aluminium profile industry is mandatory.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a target-driven environment.
- Male candidates preferred.
- Age between 30 – 40 years.
