About the Role As a Senior Manager of the Central Kitchen, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of daily production across multiple sections, including bakery, hot meals, and butchery. Your focus will be on ensuring operational efficiency, absolute compliance with international food safety standards, and leading a diverse team of culinary and production professionals to deliver excellence.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily production across bakery, hot meals, and butchery sections.
- Ensure consistent taste, quality, portion control, and timely dispatch of products.
- Maintain 100% compliance with HACCP, GMP, hygiene standards, and audit readiness.
- Provide strong leadership to chefs, commis, butchery staff, and production assistants.
- Improve production efficiency, optimize workflow, and manage yields, wastage, and cost controls.
- Oversee recipe accuracy, product tasting, quality checks, and new product development.
- Maintain facility cleanliness, equipment safety, maintenance schedules, and hazard-free standards.
- Manage forecasting, production planning, raw material sourcing, and inventory.
- Maintain documentation for audits, food safety compliance, and management reporting.
Skills & Qualifications
- Degree in Food Science or Business Management (preferred).
- Minimum 10 years of experience in factory or food production operations.
- At least 2 years in a similar high-level leadership role.
- Proven experience managing large-scale manufacturing or central kitchen operations.
- Strong leadership capability with hands-on experience managing diverse teams.
- Excellent understanding of HACCP, GMP, hygiene systems, and food safety controls.
- Good IT literacy (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
