Our client is a leading manufacturer and supplier of natural health products and nutritional supplements. They focus on developing and producing nutraceuticals, which are products derived from food sources with additional health benefits beyond basic nutrition. They are currently expanding their operations and are looking for talented Personal Secretary (female) to join their dynamic team.
Location: Eeriyagama, Peradeniya.
Starting Salary: Minimum LKR. 30,000.00 – 40,000.00 (Negotiable depending on experience)
Work Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM
- Saturday as Needed: 7:30 AM to 11:00 AM

Position Overview
we are in search of a talented individual to assist with various administrative and promotional tasks. This role is perfect for an organized, detail-oriented professional who enjoys multitasking and working closely with senior management.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Maintain office files and documentation.
- Oversee accounts and salary records.
- Optional: Manage and promote the company's Facebook page for business.
- Assist with sales promotion tasks.
- Provide administrative support to senior management.
Key Responsibility:
- Support and assist the Managing Director (MD) in all administrative tasks
Our future employees will need to possess the following qualities:
- Previous experience in a similar role (freshers will also be considered)
- Preferred age: Between 30 and 40 years
- Good educational background
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Proficient in written and spoken English
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
